CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation, Reschedule & No-Show Policy At Journee I value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to all my clients. In order to maintain a fair and efficient schedule, I have implemented the following policies: Cancellations or Reschedules: Any cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. To cancel or reschedule, please text 414-336-8201. No Show / No Call: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notifying me, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment, and you will still be charged for the original appointment time.
